1. ACCEPTANCE

By browsing, accessing and using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and you are expressly consenting to comply with and abide by these Terms without any limitation(s). Whereas, these Terms are subject to change at any time and at the Group’s sole discretion, it is your responsibility to read these Terms periodically and be aware of any changes or updates made. Your continued access and use of our Platform following any changes or updates represents that you have accepted these changes and updates. If you do not agree to or cannot comply with these Terms and conditions, please refrain from using our Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Emirates Electrical Engineering LLC (and the Group).

By using the Platform, you also consent to receive electronic communications (including emails, SMS and push notifications) from EEE regarding your account, enquiries and services.

2. DEFINITIONS

The following term(s) and expression(s) shall have the meanings assigned to them hereunder unless the context otherwise requires:

Platform refers to any website, application, software (of any kind) that is owned, used or otherwise operated by Al Rostamani Group (as defined below) and made available to the public. In particular (www.eee-uae.com).

Contents refers to all information, materials, logos, items, programs, messages, products, texts, words, numbers, services, videos, sounds, pictures, articles, statements, symbols, software, source code(s), databases, and all materials displayed on the Platform owned, used, operated by or licensed to Al Rostamani Group or other third-parties, as the context requires. 

“You” or “you” and “Your” or “your” or “User” refers to any visitor and/or customer and/or subscriber and/or user and/or person who uses the Platform in any manner whatsoever.

“We” or “we”, “Us” or “us”, “Our” or “our”, “Group” or  “Al Rostamani Group” refers to the conglomerate of Al companies, collectively and/or separately (as the context requires); (1) United Diesel LLC ; (2) Al Rostamani Auto Service Center LLC ; (3) Al Rostamani Pegel LLC; (4) Emirates Electrical Engineering LLC ; (5) Tamani Marina Hotel and Hotel Apartments LLC; (6) Central Trading Company LLC ; (7) Al Rostamani Trading Company LLC; (8) Al Rostamani Communications LLC ; (9) United Diesel Enterprises LLC; (10) Al Rostamani Travel and Holidays LLC; (11) Al Rostamani International Exchange LLC; (12) Abdulla Al Rostamani Properties LLC.

“Terms” refers to these Terms of Use. Our Privacy Policy is published separately and forms part of these Terms by reference.

“Prohibited Activity” refers to any activity that is unlawful, illegal or otherwise violates these Terms.

3. USE OF THE PLATFORM

3.1 Disclaimer: every reasonable effort is made to make our Platform available to the public by using industry standard virus detection software and available systems. However, the internet is not a safe environment and, therefore, we urge you to be cautious and take all necessary measures when accessing, using or browsing the Platform or any other website(s) or domain(s) displayed on it. The Platform and Content displayed are provided on an ‘as-is’ and ‘as-available’ basis. I In no event shall Al Rostamani Group be liable for any loss or damage, including, indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of data, loss of profit or any other loss or damage (of any kind whatsoever) arising out of or in connection with:
  • (i) Accessing and/or using the Platform or the displayed Content in any manner;
  • (ii) Any typographical errors, mistakes, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in Content (of any kind);
  • (iii) Any disruption, viruses, bugs, system failure or any other technical issues (of any kind);
  • (iv) Any violation of the Terms (in any manner whatsoever) by any other User;
  • (v) Any violation of any applicable laws in the United Arab Emirates or elsewhere by any User;

3.2 We make no representations, warranties or guarantees (express or implied) with regard to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of any information or Content that is displayed on our Platform in any way, shape or form.

3.3 Acceptable Use: All Content displayed on the Platform is provided to you as a service to browse the Platform for general information purposes only and it is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. Our Content may not be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, displayed, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purposes without our prior express permission.
3.4 Prohibited Activities: you acknowledge and undertake not to use our Platform for any of the following:
  • (i) Use the Platform in any way to forge or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Platform;
  • (ii) Use the Platform in any way to copy, store, host, transmit, send, publish, upload or make available any Content that infringes any copyrights, patent, trademark(s), trade secret(s), trade name(s), logo(s) or any intellectual property rights of any individual or entity, including the intellectual property rights and copyrights displayed and made available on the Platform and/or related to, associated with or owned by Al Rostamani Group in any manner whatsoever;
  • (iii) Use the Platform in any way to copy, store, host, transmit, send, publish, upload or make available any unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation;
  • (iv) Use the Platform in any way to copy, store, host, transmit, send, publish, upload or make available any Content or materials which consist of (or is linked to) viruses, bugs, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software or any form of computer codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware telecommunications equipment, “hack” or otherwise attempt to circumvent any access control, or any other action that causes, or may cause damage (of any kind) to the Content and/or the Platform or otherwise affect its performance, availability or accessibility;
  • (v) Use the Platform in any way or copy, store, host, transmit, send, publish, upload or make attempt of any unauthorized representation or imitation of the Group or the Content, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
  • (vi) Conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining and data extraction) on or in relation to our Platform without our prior written consent;
  • (vii) Make any unauthorized access or otherwise use the Platform in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of any Users;
  • (viii) Commit any action that causes or may cause to disrupt, delete, tarnish, harm, damage, or otherwise adversely affect the performance of the Platform or any of its Contents (in any manner whatsoever);
  • (ix) Commit any action that may adversely affect the Group’s business, reputation, image and goodwill, including, false or malicious statements (of any kind whatsoever);
  • (x) Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age without parental/guardian consent
3.5 Account Registration & Security: Certain features (e.g., project enquiry forms, quote requests or client portals) may require you to create an account. You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. SERVICES AND QUOTATIONS

All information on electrical power projects, solar solutions, EPC services, quotations, specifications or pricing displayed on the Platform is for general information and indicative purposes only. Final scope, pricing, availability and terms are confirmed only upon formal written quotation or contract. EEE reserves the right to modify or withdraw any information without notice.

5. ENQUIRIES, CONTRACT FORMATION AND SERVICES

Submitting a project enquiry or quotation request constitutes an offer that EEE may accept or reject at its sole discretion. A binding contract is formed only when EEE issues written confirmation (email or formal contract). All services are subject to separate written agreements, site surveys and UAE regulatory approvals.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Enquiries may be cancelled before confirmation. After confirmation, cancellation and refund terms are governed by the specific contract and UAE law. Deposits (where applicable) are non-refundable except in cases of EEE error or as required by law. Refunds are processed within 14–30 days via the original payment method.

7. COPYRIGHTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Platform contains trademarks, logos, trade names, numbers, words, symbols, patents, pictures, videos and other Content that is protected by the applicable intellectual property laws. Al Rostamani Group have obtained the needed permission(s) to use other third-parties Content and/or display it on its Platform. Be aware that you are not authorized to copy, modify, disrupt, alter, delete, transmit, distribute or otherwise use (in any manner) any Content that is protected by intellectual property laws without obtaining the prior permission and authorization from its rightful owners.

8. FRAUDULENT WEBSITES

Whereas Al Rostamani Group is a well-known group of companies with an outstanding reputation in the market, many are trying to take advantage of the Group’s goodwill and reputation by imitating its trademark(s), image(s), layout(s) and Content. Fortunately, we have discovered some of the fraudulent websites that are imitating our intellectual property rights and/or operating in violation of our intellectual property rights.

We spare no effort to keep our Platform up and running in a safely manner, to the extent reasonably possible. It is our responsibility to spread awareness of these “website spoofs” and your responsibility to check the link source of any website lined to our Platform or any other domain using our Content without permission.

All Content or mention of our partners and clients is based on successful business relationship. However, the following website poofs are not part of Al Rostamani Group (in any way, shape or form) and are operating in violation of our intellectual property rights:

9. THIRD PARTY CONTENT

The Platform may include links and Content of our business partners, clients and other website(s) and domain(s) of third parties. In no event Users should assume their endorsement by Al Rostamani Group unless expressly stated otherwise on the Platform.

Al Rostamani Group has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the Content, privacy policies or practices of any third party’s websites. You acknowledge that accessing these sites and domains will be at your own risk. In no event Al Rostamani Group will be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage, loss caused or to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. MISCELLANEOUS

11.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect without being affected or impaired in any way.
11.2 No Waiver: No failure, delay, or partial exercise by ARTC in enforcing any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, nor shall it prevent or restrict any further exercise of that right or any other right. A waiver shall only be effective if expressly made in writing and shall apply solely to the specific circumstances for which it is granted.
11.3 Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without ARTC’s prior written consent. ARTC may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, subsidiary, or successor entity as part of a merger, reorganisation, acquisition, or business transfer, and such assignment shall be effective without requiring further notice.
11.4 Force Majeure: ARTC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes or events beyond its reasonable control. These events may include, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, government actions, epidemics, pandemics, utility or telecommunications failures, or any other circumstances that make performance commercially impracticable.
