This Privacy Policy is issued in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) as amended.

1. ACCEPTANCE
By browsing, accessing and using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and you are expressly consenting to comply with our Privacy Policy without any limitation(s). Whereas, this Privacy Policy is subject to change at any time and at our sole discretion, and it is your responsibility to read it periodically and be aware of any changes or updates made. Your continued access and use of our Platform following any changes or updates represents that you have accepted these changes and updates. 2. WHO WE ARE & SCOPE
This Policy explains how Emirates Electrical Engineering LLC (EEE), as data controller (part of Al Rostamani Group), processes personal data collected via the Platform and in connection with project enquiries, quotations, EPC contracts, solar/renewable energy solutions, MEP services and related activities.
3. COLLECTING DATA
Collecting and selling User’s data and information is not part of our business strategy at Al Rostamani Group. We are committed to keeping safe and confidential of any data or information we possess in light of our Privacy Policy. We spare no effort to be always compliant with local and international laws and regulations. However, we collect the following types of information from you to enable us to make available the Platform and the Content displayed as follows:
We collect personal information particularly when you submit project enquiries, request quotations for EPC, solar, MEP or electrical engineering services, register for client portals, or otherwise use our Platform. We collect personal information when you browse, access and use our Platform in any manner, including without limitation; your name, username, email, telephone number, business address, demographic information, Emirates ID/passport details (where required for contractual or regulatory purposes), any financial information you provide to us and/or any other information available or necessary.
When you request quotes, submit tender information or enquire about EPC projects, high-voltage substations, transmission lines, solar solutions, energy efficiency services or MEP works, we collect project details, specifications, site information, energy consumption data, and related communications.
4. COOKIES
We use identifiers and cookies to collect information and to enable us to provide the services and Content displayed on the Platform. Please be advised that some features and functionalities may not work properly without using these devices. And if you choose to block or delete these programs if will prevent and/or limit your access to many features and functionalities on our Platform.
We use: (a) Strictly necessary cookies (site operation, security); (b) Performance/analytics (to improve the site); (c) Functional (enhancing user experience); and (d) Advertising (subject to your consent where required). You can manage preferences via our cookie banner and browser settings.
5. USING THE COLLECTED DATA
We use the collected information for multiple purposes, including without limitations:
- (i) Granting access to our partners, clients and Users and communicating with them;
- (ii)Verifying accounts, customers, clients and Users;
- (iii) Analyzing the collected information for commercial purposes and marketing activities;
- (iv) Recording the number of Users and monitor all activities on the Platform;
- (v) Upgrading and improving our services and Content and fixing any errors or technical issues;
- (vi) Responding to User’s questions, comments and requests;
- (vii) Processing project enquiries, quotations, EPC contracts, solar/energy solutions, MEP services and after-sales support;
- (viii) We process data where necessary for contract performance, to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interests (e.g., site security, product improvement, fraud prevention), and based on consent (e.g., certain cookies or direct marketing).
6. DISCLOSURE OF DATA
Al Rostamani Group will not disclose or sell any of the collected information to any party without obtaining the consent of its rightful owners. However, by browsing, accessing and/or using our Platform (in any manner) you grant Al Rostamani Group the absolute and unconditional right to disclose and share any collected data and information in any of the following circumstances:
- (i) if our business or a division of our business is sold, acquired or otherwise transferred to a new owner;
- (ii) if requested by any governmental entity, competent authority or any other person or entity in accordance with the applicable laws;
- (iii) if we are assisting our clients, partners and any third-party in any services provided or Content displayed on the Platform.
- (iv) with service providers (IT hosting, payment processing, logistics, marketing) acting under contractual obligations of confidentiality and data protection;
- (v) with banks/insurers where you request finance/insurance quotations;
- (vi) with other Al Rostamani Group entities where required to fulfil your request.
7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the UAE. Where we do so, we implement safeguards in line with the UAE PDPL (e.g., adequacy, contractual clauses, or specific exemptions), and ensure recipients provide an adequate level of protection.
8. DATA PROTECTION
We spare no effort to keep our Platform up and running in a safely manner, to the extent reasonably possible. And we will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures that is available to us to protect your data. However, we can never guarantee the absolute security of any information or data collected and/or displayed on the Platform. Users will be notified and/or contacted by Al Rostamani Group in case of detecting any breaches or violations using the information shared with us.
9. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy (e.g., contract duration, warranty and after-sales periods), and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. After expiry, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
10. YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to UAE law, you have rights to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object or withdraw consent (e.g., for marketing).
